Press Enter.

 Click on Forgot password link near the login field.

 In the email address field, type your Telus email ID.

 A password recovery link will be sent on your alternate email ID.

 Login into your alternate email ID and click on the password recovery link sent by
Telus.

 Enter your new Password in the New Password Field.

 Re-enter your new password in the Confirm password field.

 Click on Confirm

 Now try logging into your Telus Webmail account using your new password

 Open your web browser and type https://webmail.telus.net/ in your address bar and
Press Enter.

 Click on Forgot password link near the login field.

 In the email address field, type your Telus email ID.

 Click on recover password using mobile number

 An One Time password or an OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number.

 Enter this in the OTP field and click on next.

 Enter your new Password in the New Password Field.

 Re-enter your new password in the Confirm password field.

 Click on Confirm

 Now try logging into your Telus Webmail account using your new password
